Some of the staff were not very friendly and the service at the restaurant could be improved. We experienced a mix-up with our order and the hot water dispenser was broken, but no one informed us.

We spent our Christmas holiday at this hotel and liked the beautiful natural surroundings and the modern and comfortable rooms. the location was ideal as it was close to a thermal spa and an outdoor water park, both perfect for keeping our children busy. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options including scrambled eggs and fruits, which we enjoyed. the hotel was attached to a camping ground, which added to the adventure.
